1. Customs Charges, Duties & Import Taxes

For orders shipped from warehouses in the European Union, the United States, France, the United Kingdom, Australia, and Japan, taxes are included in the price.
Orders shipped from China are on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, meaning the checkout price does not include any taxes or duties. International orders may incur tariffs and taxes as determined by the customs authorities of the destination country. Arranging customs clearance, paying all applicable duties and taxes, and all other import-related matters are the responsibility of the recipient.
Customers from India, Turkey, Brazil, and South Africa are especially advised to ensure they have customs clearance capabilities before placing an order. Thank you for your cooperation!

2. Returns Due to Customs Clearance

If customs fees are refused upon delivery, your order will be returned to OSMTEC. Once we receive the returned package, we can issue a refund after deducting any applicable return shipping costs. If you are unfamiliar with customs charges, please contact your local postal or customs office for more information in advance.

3. Order Cancellation

To cancel an order, please contact us by email as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been handed over to the carrier. If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled, and we will confirm the next steps with you.

4. Faulty Products

If you receive a product that appears to be faulty, you must contact us within 30 days. Our technical support team will assist in diagnosing the issue and arrange for a return or replacement.

5. Product Warranty

OSMTEC provides a warranty for products for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery.
Warranty solutions include: repair, replacement of products or components, refund, etc.
The warranty covers: product defects, and performance degradation or loss of function that occurs during normal use within the warranty period.
Should any of the above occur, the customer must notify OSMTEC via email within the warranty period and describe the product defect. We will review the issue to determine if it is covered under the warranty and provide a solution based on the specific circumstances.
The following situations are not covered by the warranty:
1. Damage to the product resulting from the customer's failure to follow the operating instructions;
2. Minor flaws that do not affect product functionality, such as scratches, marks, small dents, or discoloration;
3. The product was delivered more than one year ago.
Of course, we offer lifelong support for all our products. Even after the warranty period has expired, we will still assess the issue and inform you of any potential costs for repair or replacement based on the actual situation.
