How to Return an Item?
1. Return Unsatisfactory ProductsIf you are not satisfied with the item you received or no longer need it, you may request a return within 30 days of receipt (from the day you receive the product to the day you provide the return tracking number). Returns are only accepted via FedEx or DHL to the China warehouse. Postal services are not accepted. You will be responsible for the customs duties and other fees incurred when returning the items to China. These costs will be deducted from your refund.
Items returned after the 30-day period will not be accepted.
Please ensure that the products you received are as expected and in good condition. Returned items must be unused, untested, unprogrammed, in resellable condition, and in their original packaging. We will refund the cost of the product itself, excluding the original shipping fee, packaging fees, and the return shipping costs. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for your return package, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged items during transit. We will process the refund once we receive the returned item and complete the quality check.
If the item you received is completely different from what you ordered, please contact our customer service and provide a photo or video of the incorrect item. If you wish to keep the item, we can offer you a discount of up to 50% and will resend the correct item to you.
3. Return Defective ItemsIf you received a defective item, you can return the product in its original packaging to the China warehouse with freight collect. However, you will need to provide clear photos or videos showing the defect as evidence.

Please do not use a shipping service that does not provide a tracking number. Please do not return the package using freight collect.- Customer submits a return request with proof

How Long Will It Take for a Refund or Exchange?
The return package may take 1-2 weeks to reach our China warehouse. The warehouse will inspect the item (usually within 72 hours of receipt), and once the inspection is complete, we will process the refund within 2 days, and the amount will be refunded to your payment account. Please note that depending on your card issuer or payment platform, the refund may take an additional 2-10 business days to be reflected in your account.
Exchange processing follows the same procedure as a new order—replacement items will be shipped within 2 days from the China warehouse. If the original item needs to be returned before the exchange, we will ship the replacement item after receiving the return.
