OSM offers a number of Accessory Products to aid the customer in completing a motion control system. These accessories include Precision Planetary and Spur Gearboxes, Friction Brakes, Lead Screws and Nuts, Power Supplies and Motor Diver. Take caution when ordering to verify that you have included all the items required for your system. Some items are "Adders" and not purchased separately, rather, they are added to a part number as an option. Gearboxes
OSM's Planetary Gearbox product lines offer precision at affordable prices! The Planetary Gearboxes are available in sizes from 20 mm to 110mm, which is ideal for stepper motors ranging from NEMA 8 to NEMA 42 and larger. There also Spur Gearbox product line from 60mm to 104mm, built with the design goal of offering a cost-effective gearbox without sacrificing quality. These gearboxes are offered in up to 33 different gear ratios, with torque ratings up to 40,356 oz-in. Maintenance-free, with lifetime lubrication, these Planetary Gearboxes are compatible with most Stepper, BLDC, AC or DC motors.

Stepper Motor Driver
Currently, OSM offers two main series of 2-phase Stepper Motor Driver, the digital DM series Stepper Motor Driver and analog M series Stepper Motor Driver. The high performance DM drives are based on powerful 32-bit DSP control technology. Their features include super-low stepping noise, anti-resonance, low-speed ripple smoothing, and low motor heating. The low-cost M drives employ precise analog current control and are characterized by superior high-speed torque, relatively low stepping noise, and low motor heating. OSM also supplies 3-phase digital and analog stepping drives.
